Workout of the Day

MWOD:

Banded Figure 4 Stretch (2 Min Each)

WOD:

You will have 10 Minutes to establish a 1 RM deadlift. (GO BIG)

Using 50% of the above, perform As many rounds as possible in 12 min of:

10 Deadlifts

10 Burpees

10 Pull ups (Correction)
