T-Spine Smash (2 Min)
Barbell Adductor Smash (2 Min Each)
WOD:
Push Press:3-3-3-3-3
“Push Up Contest”
Perform as many push ups as possible, rest for 10 breaths, repeat and repeat (3 rounds) rest for 1 minute and repeat again… and one more time. You are looking at a total of 9 sets of max push ups.
