WOD:
Every Minute on the Minute perform the following:
1 Ground to Overhead the first minute
2 Ground to Overhead the second Minute
3 Ground to Overhead the third Minute
4 Ground to Overhead the Fourth Minute
5 Ground to Overhead the Fifth Minute
Rest 2 Minutes, add weight and repeat, weights are as follows:
1st round (135/ 95)
2nd Round (155/ 105)
3rd Round (185/ 125)
