8 Min AMRAP

8 Rows hanging from a surface (think table top with feet on the ground)
Run 200 m
8 Hang Cleans

 

GAME TIME

Minute to Win It:  Who can do the most in one minute? 

Toss Cotton Balls into a Cup (Accuracy)
Hold a Book on top of their head without dropping (Balance)
Move a ball from one side of the room to the other the most times (speed)

Who did the most in a minute?  Can you come up with more challenges?
