Hey Families! Here’s a Kid version of todays Adult WOD

Rock Around the Clock

Set up numbers in a large circle like the numbers on a clock.  For  8 min work your way around the clock doing the appropriate movements.  At 12 do 10-20 Rope jumps.
Odd Numbers: Stink Bug Push Ups
Even: Kettlebell Swings

 

GAME TIME

Agility Drills: Set up lines with anything you have around the house and make up your own agility drills.  Get Creative.
