20 sec Monkey hangs

20 sec Plank holds

20 sec Lunges

Skill work:

Food Family Feud!

Get the answer right, your team picks the movement, get the answer wrong, the other team picks for you…

WOD:

Team Cindy: AMRAP in a given amount of time of the following movements in rotation:

3 Pull ups

5 Push ups

7 Squats

Each team member completes his or her station before the entire team rotates at once.
