Hey Families!  Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.


Support Your Local Box: Workout #2

7 Min AMRAP

10 Single Unders or Line Hops
5 Burpees
Agility Movement (create an area where they can do agility drills through a course.  Can use a ladder, sticks or whatever you have around to create it.  Have them practice a couple different ones during the workout.  

This video is an example of some options that would be fun for kids.

GAME TIME:  

EASTER EGG HUNT!  Fill some eggs with movement options:  squat, push up, tuck jumps, forward rolls, donkey kicks, etc.  When they find an egg designate a number for them to do of the movement!
