Hey Families! Here’s a Kids version of todays Adult WOD.

Todays workout will require some parent supervision.  

See if you can run a mile!  Have an adult mark out the distance and see if you can run it.  Its ok to walk for a portion and run again! The important thing is to do the distance!  Time only if you feel like it!

GAME TIME:

Limbo Time!

You will need at least three people for this one!  Two people hold a pole.  The third tries to go under.  Take turns and lower the pole each round.  Make it more fun by playing limbo music!
