Workout of the Day

Deadlift
5-3-1+
Subtract 10% and add 10#s. From there figure 75,85, and 95%.

Top to Bottom Tabata

Top to Top Tabata Pull Ups
Bottom to Bottom Wall Ball

In this Tabata we will do four rounds of each movement and then switch to the other movement for a total of 16 rounds of each. Each work cycle will be 20 seconds long, each “rest” cycle will be 10 seconds long. The rest for the pull ups will be held with your chin over the pull up bar. The rest for the wallball will be in the bottom of the squat position. You will score by adding your lowest number of reps per exercise to each other.
