Often when we return from teaching a Kids Seminar, you ask us where we’ve been. Last weekend, we were hangin’ with this lively bunch in Dallas. Great group, great weekend, great to be back home with all of you.

7 Sumo Dead lift High Pull (95/ 65)
10 Knees to Elbows
