Workout of the Day

WOD: With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Clean the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute and so on until you can’t perform the required reps in the given time. The weights will start at 65 and 45 pounds for men and women respectively. Men will add 10#s each minute, women will add 5#s each minute. Be sure to stage your weights to allow for quick transitions.
