10 Shoulder Press(Barbell)

15 Cal on Ski Erg

SKILL:

Anterior Compartment Smash, 90 sec each

Kipping Dip review

WOD:

Partner WOD:

As Many Reps as Possible in 7 Minutes, Ascending by 1s of:

Dips

Dumbbell Push Press

Partner 2 Must Hold Plates in Farmer’s Position (45/25)

Each Partner will do each numbered round but may only perform the movements while the plates are being gripped.
