One of the most challenging things about “going Paleo” initially is figuring out how to add flavor to your meal without lots of salt, sugar, vinegar, etc. Sometimes how you cook the meal has as much to do with flavor as what you are cooking. Here we used a cedar plank to cook salmon fillet with basil, thyme, tarragon, and dash of salt on the grill. We added fresh lemon juice after cooking. Yum. Even Quinn ate it.

Warm up at CF Agoge and head over to the track!

Run 800 Meters
rest 2 Minutes
Sprint 40 Yards
Rest 2 Minutes
Run 400 Meters
Rest 2 Minutes
Sprint 100 Yards
Rest 5 Minutes then complete the following for time:

Run 100 yards stopping every 10 yards to perform 5 burpees.
