Warm Up:
Run 400m
15 Squats
12 Plank Ups
12 Tuck Jumps
9 Dips (ring,bar, chair, bench)
9 Push Press
Skill:
Dynamic couch stretch 90 sec each side
Wall Ball Progression / Thruster Progression
WOD:
10 rounds:
7-10 Push Ups- Every Minute on the Minute
Rest 3 Minutes
10 rounds:
7-10 Wall Ball- Every Minute on the Minute
*If Wall Ball is not an option, do Thrusters
