Running Warm Up
then,
2 x through:
10 See Saw Squats
10 Plank Ups
10 Strict Press

Skill: 

Anterior Compartment Smash 90 sec each
Hamstring Smash 90 sec each (lax ball/baseball/softball)
Push Press Progression


WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes
Run 200 m
20 Pistols (See-Saw Squats)
10 Push Press
