(Run 400m, 21 KB Swings, 12 Pull Ups)

1 Round of Mary

(5 Handstand Push Ups, 10 Pistols, 15 Pull  Ups)

1 Round of Michael

(Run 800m, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Back Extensions)

Cool Down:

Bonesaw Calf Smash (2 min each)
