Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
Perform the Burgener Warm Up once with PVC and once with a barbell
WOD:
Hang Squat Snatch:
You will have 15 Minutes to establish a 2 Rep max Hang Squat Snatch, you may not put the bar down between the two reps.
Once you have a solid 2RM, drop the weight to 75% and perform 1 Hang Squat Snatch every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
