Workout of the Day:


For max weight:

Perform 1 Power Clean and 2 Front Squats x 10

Rest as needed between sets.

Skill Work:

Spend 5-10 Minutes Working on Rope Climbs

If you have rope climbs already:

Start from a seated position and try for 4 pulls legless.

If not:

Work either footwork or grip depending on where you are missing it.

    did racked front squats and some strict banded slow pull ups. Not as heavy on the FS as I had hoped (120#), but a good day.
