Hip External Rotation w/ Flexion Opt 1 (2 Min Each, Pg 307)

WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts (225/ 155)

15′ Handstand Walk

10 Pistols

15′ Lunge Walk

    In Steamboat springs today, got to WOD at CF Steamboat this morning. EMOM for 10 min: 2x power clean, increasing weight (up to #165). then EMOM for 14 min; alternate between 14 pushup, 7 hang squat clean (#95). Nice space, nice folks! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

    Traveling workout at NorCal Crossfit. AMRAP 20 minutes: 400 meter run, 25 wall ball 20#, 15 KB swings 70#, 5 30″ box jump. 4+ run. Happy Thanksgiving all!!!
