In Steamboat springs today, got to WOD at CF Steamboat this morning. EMOM for 10 min: 2x power clean, increasing weight (up to #165). then EMOM for 14 min; alternate between 14 pushup, 7 hang squat clean (#95). Nice space, nice folks! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
