You may have noticed some changes around the gym lately. We have made a bunch of aesthetic improvements which we are really excited about and we will continue to make upgrades as we are able. We have also been doing our best to update some old equipment and bring in some new stuff to play with. All that we ask in return is that you do your best to take care of it.
If at all possible from now on, please do not unnecessarily drop the dumbells or empty barbells from overhead. We still hold to the rule that you are more important than the equipment, so if you are going to hurt yourself by not getting out of the way, please do so. But some chronic ghost riding has taken its toll on our dumbell supply lately. Remember, every time you drop a dumbell, an angel looses their wings… or something like that. Now go hit this one hard!
