Extras:
3x As Many Toes to Bar as Possible: If you are not yet able to get to 10 reps in a set, then perform a total of 35 Reps in as few sets as possible.
Big shout out time…Jackie is strong but has struggled to get under a 65# snatch (don’t I know that one!). Sometimes the struggle isn’t physical, it’s mental. She started today’s WOD with 60# on the bar and after completing several rounds with tons of time to spare, I switched her weight to 65#, gave her a little “pep” talk and watched her snatch that weight FIFTEEN times!! Super proud of you lady, moments like this are why, sling and all, I love coaching and will be back ASAP. 🙂
