Complete the following for time:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

10 Toes to Bar

15 Squats

10 Handstand Push Ups

15 Toes to Bar

20 Squats

15 Hand Stand Push Ups

20 Toes to Bar

25 Squats

Skill Work:

Spend 10 Minutes working on a strength component of a weakness.  In other words: if you are stinky at push ups because of arms that just won’t work after a few reps, then work press work.  If it’s because of midline stabilization, work planks or L sits.  Go get your goats!
