WOD:
Death By Handstand Push Ups
Every minute perform one more handstand push up.
Beginner: knees on the box handstand push ups
Intermediate: Kipping HSPUs if you have them, otherwise do toes on the box for as long as possible.
Advanced: Strict HSPUs until you need to Kip
Extras:
Row 1000 Meters for time
10 + 10 1/2 (mod on box)
did death by double unders, going up by 3s- 12 rounds
