WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:
CrossFit Warm Up

Skill:
Chest to Bar

WOD:
With a 2 Minute clock:
10 Front Squats
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Burpees
If you complete this round then you will begin the next round at the 2 minute mark and will have 2 minutes to complete 12 reps of each exercise.  Continue with this pattern until you are unable to complete the round in time.
