Also, you may notice that there are some new features to your workouts. If there isn’t a warmup noted on the webpage, then go ahead and do your CrossFit warm up. If there is something posted, then figure that we are going to be doing a group warm up together, so get there on time and ready to move!

Knees to Elbows
3 rounds for time of:
5 body weight back squats
Spend 10 Minutes working on double unders. If you have them, see how many you can get in a row! If you don’t have them, try to figure them out. If you look like a vulture trying to lift off then spend some time just skipping.
