WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:

45 Sec Each: 

V-ups 

Pause Squats

PVC Pass Throughs

Dips

Burpees

Burgener Warm Up 

 

Skill:

Banded Elbow Extension 

Snatch High Pull 8-10 reps, keep it light

Work up to starting weight/safety review

 

WOD:

Snatch

2-2-2-2-2

 

Skill/Mobility: 

Shoulder Rotator Smash (time permitting) 



*WOD at Home:

Warm up – sub push ups for dips

Banded elbow extension – try the kneeling forearm flexor stretch

Snatch – if you have a barbell, stick to lighter weight and sets of 7. Or, snatch grip deadlift at the same weight you would typically snatch.  If you do not have a barbell, make it a skill day and work your way through these DB snatch progressions from Train FTW:  A and/or B
