So, we all worked out some weaknesses yesterday, and it seemed to us that there were some consistencies throughout the classes. We have also been noticing that there are a lot of folks that look at the website, so today post into comments what weaknesses you have, and what your goals are for them by the end of 2010!

Over Head Squats
2-2-2-2-2-2 @ 60% 1RM Rest exactly 45 seconds between sets. Reps should be performed explosively.
