Tabata: 8 rounds of 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off of the following exercises. Count the number of reps each time.
L-sits (count number of times you put your feet down)
Score in the following manner: For cleans, push-ups, and squats, use the lowest number of reps achieved in a single round and add those scores together. For L-sits, count the highest number of times you touch your feet down in a single round. Subtract your L-sit score from the total of the other 3 exercises.
