15 PVC Good Mornings
10 KB Swings (light)
Skill:
Shoulder Rotator Smash, 1 min each
Lax Ball Trap Smash, 1 min each
Cycling Snatches and warm up
WOD:
“Randy”
75 Snatches for time
Rest 5 Minutes, Then:
Deadlift 65% x 2 x 10 sets
Skill:
Row, Run, Ski for 3 min
