15 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Dips
15 Push Ups
15 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/ 55)
Extras:
Spend 10 Minutes working on your weakness. If you don’t have one, ask a trainer, they will have a good eyeball for it.
