WOD:
Tabata:
Wall Ball
Double Unders
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)
Push Ups
A Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 iterations (4 minutes) of each movement. Score each exercise by the lowest number of reps achieved in a 20 second iteration for each movement and then add the scores from each movement together.
I haven’t done a Tabata WOD since March 16th(Cottonwood Fun Run in the leprechaun outfit)
46 – 10 Wall Ball, 20 Double Unders, 8 SDHP and 8 pushups
