WOD:
“Fight Gone Bad”
Perform max reps in one minute of each of the following movements:
Box Jumps (20″)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)
Row for Calories
Push Press (75/ 55)
Wall Ball
There are 3 Rounds to this workout. Each round consists of one minute at each station with no rest time between events, and a 1 minute rest period at the end of each round.
Extras:
Spend any remaining time working on a weakness movement.
330- mods: 18″ box with step downs, airdyne for calories, DB PP left arm 20#, MB front squat 10#, Russian swing 25# left arm. Definitely need to work on push press. Did some bandy side steps for weakness and hollow holds.
