Group Warmup:
10 Squats——> Lunge Walk
10 Push Ups——> Bear Crawl
10 Kettle Bell Swings—–>Broad Jump
10 Box Jumps—–>High Knees
WOD:
Complete the Following for time:
Run 100 Meters
50 Back Squats (135/ 95)
Run 200 Meters
50 Front Squats (95/ 75)
Run 400 Meters
50 Overhead Squats (75/ 55)

Based on some of the times on the board some of you were squatting in excess of 1000 lbs per minute or over 16 lbs per second. If we all worked together we could load a lot of trucks in a hurry.
