Quad Smash (2 Min Each, Pg 324)
Bone Saw Calf Smash (2 Min Each, Pg 380)
WOD:
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes of:
Run 400 M
20 Pistols
30 Dumbell Snatch (alternating hands)
40 Double Unders
2 rounds + run + 35 reps; 20# DB
