GENERAL WARM-UP

10 Spidermans

5 Inchworm w/ 2 push-ups at the bottom of each rep.

10 Lateral Lunges

30 second samson stretch per side

SKILL AND INSTRUCTION:

Power Snatch Progression

WOD:

Part 1:

Every 2 Minutes for 5 sets:

5 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

Part 2:

AMRAP 12 Minutes:

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

20 Power Snatch (75/55)

30 Wall Ball (20/14)

 

COOL DOWN:

Barbell quad smash, 90 seconds per side

Upper back roll, 90 seconds
