Workout of the Day:
WOD:
“Chelsea”
Every Minute on the Minute for 30 Minutes perform:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
If you miss the reps, take the next minute off. Score by total reps achieved. If you make all 30 Rounds, this becomes a “Death By” workout, Start adding one rep to each movement and continue until you fail to get all of the Reps in the required minute.
total score 702. Here were my mods: 3 rounds 3 banded strict pull ups, 10 hollow rocks, 15 squats- rest- 3 rounds 5 ring rows, 10 hollow rocks, 15 squats- rest – for 3 sets. Rested `1 minute and worked the last 6. So I had 6 minutes of rest. Didn’t want to push the shoulder too much with pull ups and push ups. Nice work 6 am. 🙂
