Every once in a while in the gym, you will catch us performing stupid human tricks… it is one of the benefits of our new found fitness.  Here, we see Chris P in mid ninja move of being knocked down and then getting back up again a-la Jackie Chan.  Use your fitness, otherwise it is a waste.

Workout of the Day:

Group Warm Ups:
Jog 800m
Then:
2x through
15 lunge steps
12 burpees
9 medball cleans
6 Toes to bar
3 wall-ups
WOD:

As many Rounds as possible in 3 Minutes of:

5 Double Unders

5 Med Ball Cleans

5 Box Jumps

Rest 1 Minute, then go again

Rest another minute, then go 1 more time!
