Couples Muscle ups? Mike and Weesa are one of many couples who routinely come to workouts together. We love to see the mutual support and every once in a while, ruthless competition between our husband-wife teams here at the gym.

Complete 75 Thrusters for time (75/ 55)

The first time you drop the bar complete one round of
5 Double Unders
5 Kettle Bell Swings
5 Box Jumps

The second time you put the bar down complete 2 rounds, the third time: 3 rounds etc…
