10 Med Ball Squats— Inch Worm

10 Kipping Swings— Hurdle Over/Under

10 Med Ball Push Press—Broad Jump

 

 

Skill:

Med Ball Clean Progression

 

 

WOD:

Death By

Med Ball Clean

Immediately upon failure

Max Set of Pull Ups

Rest 3 Minutes

Max Set of Pull Ups

 

Skill/Mobility- 

3-5 minutes of Ab Work (with a focus on “hollow”)
