Workout of the Day

5 minute round about:

10 Rounds for Time of:

5 Hang Squat Snatch (75/ 55)
7 Box Jumps
9 Back Extensions

Do 3-5 Skin the Cats

This is a great exercise to do to help stretch out those closed down shoulders. If you need help with a spot, ask someone. If you don’t know how to spot it, ask your trainers, they are all CF Gymnastics certified.
