Kathy has really made some big strides is getting her weights up and her times down. Here she is getting that Kettle Bell up just fine.

100 One arm Dumbell Power Snatches.

Switch arms as necessary, make sure you lock out at the top and stand it all the way up keeping an active shoulder the whole time.
