Derek is one of our athletes who is preparing for the CrossFit Games Regional Qualifier. The Rocky Mountain Region will get to see one of Agoge’s firebreathers in action this May.

4×400 Run
Rest 3 minutes between attempts. Score by totaling up all four runs
Rest for 5 minutes then:
20 perfect Deadlifts, pick a weight at which you can do 20 picture perfect deads without re-gripping the bar.
