Set up like Fight Gone Bad. 3 rounds of 1 minute at each of 5 stations followed by a 1 minute rest between rounds. Score by total number of reps. Time does not stop between stations:
Knees to Elbows
Kettle Bell Swings
Hang Power Snatch (65/ 45)
Dumbell Split Jerks (25/ 40)
