On the night of Mike’s first class at CrossFit Agoge we did “Fight Gone Bad”. That has set the tone for how he attacks every workout since. This week he made a huge leap when he figured out his balance for the deadlift and was then able to Clean 85lbs from the floor (for the first time at any weight) during the WOD. Great job Mike!
