Sometimes CrossFit is less about fitness and more about learning that you can overcome any obstacle put in your path.

All too often I find inspiration in the music that I listen to. Yesterday I was going about my day in the gym when a song by Tool came on and the words that set me off were these: “Doomed to crumble unless we grow.” These words set on a cascade of thought that I will share:
If we don’t grow we crumble, growth comes through adaptation, adaptation only exists when a system is challenged by a change, change causes struggle and is normally difficult. So, I will submit to you this thought: If you can find a way to struggle through a positive change, you risk taking the opportunity for growth. If you don’t risk it, then you may be submitting yourself to a life that is “doomed to crumble.” Please post your thoughts to comments.
