Hip External Rotation with Flexion (opt 3, 2 min each, Pg 310)

Weighted Box Step Ups

10 Rounds of 10 Toes to bar
12:05 (35# DB, 24″ Box) – I have to check my log, but I think this was one of my slowest 21-15-9 WOD’s ever!

weightifting-
80%x1x10 speedy sumo dead lifts- 190#; hang squat cleans- 95#
MM will get a laugh at this. I found my slowest 21-15-9 WOD ever. 12/21/11 – “DIANE”, Dead Lift and Hand Stand Push Ups. 16:29. Today was my 2nd slowest! Gonna come back strong tomorrow though!
