Workout of the Day:
MWOD:
Psoas Smash and Floss (opt 3, 2 Min Each, Pg 295)
Triceps Ext Smash (2 Min Each, Pg 276)
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 10 Minutes of:
3 Deadlifts (225/ 155)
5 Burpee Broad Jumps
7 Push Press (135/ 95)
Extras:
Run 3 x 400
4 rounds- 155 lb dead lift, 65# push press, died running
At station. 5 rounds + 4. 60# dumbbells for PP. Worked on hook grip. Thumbs sore but getting there.
Quick garage metcon. Some DB some DU some Push ups. Had to get blood flowing. Miss you all at 6am. See you tomorrow
