Workout of the Day
Amy will be taking care of the park workout this weekend, we will miss you guys but will see you soon. Enjoy!
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 SDHP
20 KB Swings
30 Goblet Squats
40M Waiters Walk
All exercises will be done with the same kettlebell. 1 burpee penalty each time you set the weight down, to be completed before you can continue with WOD.
