Our latest addition: the wall. Our latest challenge: the wall in the dark with a nice layer of frost on top. Jacob made it look easy.

As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Minutes of:

3 Push Ups
5 Squats
7 Push Press (65/ 45)
9 Wall Ball

Spend Remaining time doing some mobility work or weakness work
